What happens if I bring my rental car back late?

All additional drivers must reach age restrictions and provide a valid drivers license on arrival to the local office. Also, the additional driver is obligated to present an international driver´s license if it is required. All drivers must be presented at the local office at the moment of picking up the car.
Where I am supposed to pick up my rental car?

As soon as you choose the place of car pick up you can click at selected car picture in order to check the exact address of the local office. When your reservation is confirmed by the local agency we sent the rental confirmation voucher to your e-mail address. On the voucher, you will find all necessary information regarding your pick up a location. Like the exact address and telephone number. In case that you cannot find the local rental car office on arrival, please call the number provided on the voucher.
Are the cars non smoking or I can choose option for smokers?
All our cars are non-smoking and there is no possibility to choose a car where you can smoke in. Why? This rule is mainly settled up due to your safety and comfort. In many countries it is forbidden to smoke when driving and if the local police stop you can get a high fine. Hot ash from the cigarette can destroy the car seat or other parts of the car when falls on the upholstering. What does MEET & GREAT mean?
MEET & GREAT is a service offered by the car rental company in case they do not have an office at the airport. In this case, the car rental agency does not provide the exact address of the office. MEET & GREAT means that one of the local car rental representatives will wait for you in the arrival hall holding a poster with your name. As soon as you meet the agent at the airport, he will lead you to the car or to the local office. If you do not find them or you do have any delay, please call the number from your confirmation voucher.
